Licensing Options & Pricing

Non-Exclusive License:

Opting for a non-exclusive license allows you to use the artwork while it remains part of my collection, meaning it can still be licensed to other companies. Non-exclusive licenses start at $250 AUD for a 12-month period, with pricing dependent on the artwork.

Exclusive License:

An exclusive license provides sole usage rights to your company for the duration of the license, ensuring that the artwork is not available to any other brand or business during this time. Exclusive licenses begin at $1200 AUD for 12 months, with pricing varying according to the intended application and the duration of the license.

When your license period ends, you can renew the license for another year. Or the artwork will be made available for others to license.

For individual License:

For individual use, I offer a license that allows you to print the artwork on up to two items for personal enjoyment. The digital file provided is strictly for your private use and must not be shared, resold, or used commercially in any way. This license ensures that the artwork remains unique to your personal space, adding a special touch to your home or gifting experience.

PAYG non-exclusive License: 

This licensing agreement grants you access to a selection of non-exclusive designs for a 12-month period, during which I will provide you with the necessary files. In return, you agree to pay a royalty of 10% on every product sold that features these designs. Payments will be made quarterly, ensuring that both parties benefit fairly from the collaboration. This arrangement allows you to incorporate unique artwork into your product offerings while sharing in the success of each sale.

Under these licensing agreements, all designs remain the exclusive copyright of Inkheart Designs. While you have the right to use the provided files for your products during the 12-month period, the ownership of the designs does not transfer.
